This notice explains what happens to the information you share when you enquire about a Cavé experience. We ask for as little as possible, and we use it only to answer you.
What we collect
When you complete the reservation form, we receive the details you enter:
- Your name and email address
- Your mobile number, if you choose to give one
- The date, approximate service time, guest count, venue and occasion
- Anything else you write in the final field
Our server also records the time of the enquiry and technical details sent by your browser, including your IP address, so that we can prevent abuse of the form.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and arrange the service if you go ahead. If you tick the optional box, we may also send occasional news about Cavé. That box is never ticked for you, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Who can see it
Only Cavé. Enquiries are stored in a private console that requires a password to open. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Our website and its enquiry storage are hosted by Netlify, which processes the data on our behalf. If your occasion goes ahead, we may share only the details necessary to deliver it, such as timing and venue access, with the venue or planner you have named.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and to maintain a record of occasions we have served. You may ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Write to concierge@cavecaviar.com and we will respond.
