Moving unobtrusively through the gathering, your Cavé host approaches each guest individually. There is no queue, no station and no interruption. The experience comes to you.
Before each guest, the serving is composed individually: a warm blini, crème fraîche, fresh chives and the selected caviar, finished with a mother-of-pearl spoon and presented directly from Cavé's signature service belt.
